Job Summary: We're making room on our team for a talented Social Media Manager and Video Editor to help bring our content to life. You'll turn raw video footage into polished, publish-ready content and then manage its release across our social channels. A great candidate pairs strong editing ability with a natural feel for social media and can work solo once they know the ropes. Key Responsibilities: Transform raw video footage into polished, publish-ready videos

• Take care of posting and publishing finished content across social media channels
• Oversee a recurring content workflow from raw footage handoff to final published post
• Deliver edited content within the agreed timeframes
• Keep visual style and quality consistent across all videos and posts
• Keep us informed proactively on progress, turnaround times, and any questions
• Work on your own after initial training, with minimal ongoing supervision
• Mandatory Skills: Track record in social media video editing, with a strong portfolio to show it
• Comfortable managing and publishing content on social media platforms
• Able to work flexibly around a recurring content handoff schedule and hit turnaround deadlines
• Organized, precise, and independent in your work
• Strong communication skills, including clear updates on progress and turnaround
• Preferred Skills: Background in content creation or personal branding
• Quick study who can pick up workflows with light initial guidance
• Happy to take on more hours and responsibility as trust develops
• Knowledge of best practices for posting and scheduling on social platforms
