About the role
- Gather information via researching industry trends and collect and analyze data and trends from online/actual surveys
- Develop brilliant research methodologies and questionnaires by conducting man-on-the-street interviews, mystery shopper approach and focus group discussions, recruitment of respondents/participants.
- Come up with excellent strategic plans for brands
- Lead the pitch deck presentation development, creating project timelines, and generally being of help in building planning and research business.
- Participate intensely in all internal and external CSR initiatives of the company.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in brand planning and research
- Marketing graduate
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Resourceful and able to handle focus group discussions
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in both English and Tagalog
- Has led a team
- Client-facing confidence — professional, charming, and can build strong rapport with clients
