As a Manager or Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic and operational success of our company across various key functions (Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Aftersales, and Business Development).OPERATIONSRole Summary - Oversees day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, quality and cost control while aligning operational activities with organizational goals. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with strong leadership and problem solving skills, process improvement and analytical abilities and excellent communication and coordination skills.SALES AND MARKETINGRole Summary - Leads the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market share and maintain strong customer relationships. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with proven experience in sales leadership preferably in automotive industry, strong negotiation and communication skills and result-oriented and customer focused mindset.FINANCERole Summary - Responsible for managing the organization's financial planning, reporting, budgeting and compliance to support strategic decision making. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting with strong analytical and financial modeling skills and high level of integrity and attention to details.AFTERSALES SERVICESRole Summary - Oversees aftersales service operations, ensures customer satisfaction, develops service and parts support, and maintains high standards of service quality and efficiency. Skills & Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with experience in automotive aftersales, service operations, or parts management. Strong leadership, customer service, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with knowledge of automotive service processes and a results-oriented mindset.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTRole Summary – Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the company's sales and growth objectives. Skills & Qualifications – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field, with experience in business development, sales, or the automotive industry. Strong negotiation, communication, networking, analytical, and leadership skills, with a results-oriented approach.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the automotive industry or a related sector
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders at all levels
