Performance Tester (BGC/Onsite)

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Performance Tester with strong hands-on experience in performance testing and automation. The role will focus on designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and responsive under various workloads. The ideal candidate has strong experience with JMeter, Dynatrace, Postman, and Selenium and can work closely with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve performance issues.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests. Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter. Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks using Dynatrace. Perform API testing and validation using Postman. Use Selenium for functional and automated testing as needed. Analyze test results, system metrics, response times, throughput, and resource utilization. Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams on root-cause analysis and resolution. Prepare performance test plans, scripts, execution reports, and recommendations. Establish and monitor performance baselines and testing thresholds. Support regression and performance testing across different application releases. Participate in defect triage and provide technical insights on performance-related issues. Work closely with QA, developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure application performance meets requirements.
