Full job description

What You’ll Do

• Handle assigned leads, conduct client consultations, and recommend the appropriate SSI service or package.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and—when needed—visual mockups.
• Explain product differences, warranty terms, and the aftersales process clearly.
• Close sales, coordinate scheduling with Operations, and ensure smooth handover to Aftersales.
• Maintain daily follow-ups, update the CRM/lead tracker, and reconnect with old or lost leads.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper scheduling, showroom readiness, and support for walk-in clients.
• Maintain strong product knowledge (PPF, wraps, ceramic coating, tints, security films, customization) and confidently upsell add-ons or upgrades.
• Ensure all documentation (quotations, client forms, job orders, invoices) is complete, signed, and properly tagged for commission tracking.
• Follow up with completed clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage reviews, and escalate concerns when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or client handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, track updates, and maintain organized records.
• Knowledge of automotive services (PPF, wraps, tints, detailing) is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
