About the role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and sales-oriented Online Sales Representative to assist our dental clinic with online inquiries and patient coordination. Key responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries through Facebook, Messenger, and other online platforms
- Assist patients with questions about dental services
- Follow up with potential patients and encourage bookings
- Schedule and confirm dental appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help convert online inquiries into actual clinic appointments
About you
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using social media and messaging platforms
- Friendly, confident, and approachable
- Sales-oriented and goal-driven
- Willing to work onsite
- Experience in sales, customer service, or VA work is a plus
