Job Function

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Personal Shopper to focus on the development and expansion of our corporate client base. This role involves building strong relationships with business clients, driving sales, and offering tailored solutions to meet their corporate needs, all while ensuring a customer-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate client accounts, ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and close coordination with internal business units.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on the business needs of each corporate client.
• Engage with B2B clients via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and meetings to present new product offerings, trends, and special promotions.
• Process orders, upsell, and cross-sell to meet corporate clients’ requirements, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction process.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order history, and account updates using the appropriate tools and systems to support both retention and reactivation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of corporate orders.
• Ensure every interaction reflects a customer-first attitude, making client satisfaction and loyalty a top priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer support role, with a focus on corporate or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple corporate accounts effectively.
• A flair for making customers happy, with a genuine customer-first attitude and dedication to exceeding expectations.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
