We support our partners through product consultation, technical training, project coordination and market-development activities. About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales & Sales Operations Executive to support Saxton's business activities in the Philippines. The role focuses on responding to customer and partner enquiries, preparing quotations, following up sales opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating technical activities with Saxton's local technical service provider and regional management. This is primarily an office-based remote position. The successful candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, resellers, system integrators and overseas colleagues through email, telephone and online meetings. Key Responsibilities
Customer and Partner Support
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from customers, resellers and system integrators. Understand the customer’s basic requirements and obtain the necessary project information. Coordinate with Saxton’s management and technical resources when further clarification is required. Maintain regular contact with existing partners and customers. Arrange online meetings, technical discussions, product presentations and follow-up sessions. Ensure that customer requests and outstanding matters are followed through to completion. Quotations and Order Coordination
Prepare quotations using Saxton’s approved pricing and templates. Follow up on submitted quotations and record the latest opportunity status. Coordinate purchase orders, delivery requirements and supporting documentation. Liaise with Saxton’s Singapore office regarding pricing, product availability, delivery

s and order status. Ensure that quotations and customer documents are accurate before submission. Follow up on outstanding customer documentation and payments when instructed. Sales Opportunity Management
Maintain a simple and accurate opportunity list. Record customer requirements, estimated project value, expected closing date and next action. Follow up opportunities according to agreed

- Re-engage inactive partners and dormant opportunities. Identify potential reseller and system-integrator partners for management review. Provide concise weekly updates covering important opportunities, completed actions and matters requiring management attention. Technical Activity Coordination
Schedule customer visits, product demonstrations, technical training and basic service calls. Coordinate between customers, Saxton management and the appointed Philippine technical service provider. Ensure that the technical service provider receives the correct site information, product details and scope of work. Obtain service reports, site image and customer acknowledgements following onsite activities. Monitor outstanding technical actions until they are resolved. Escalate complex technical matters to Saxton management or the relevant manufacturer. Marketing and Event Support
Assist with invitations and attendance confirmation for seminars, webinars and partner events within but not limited to South East Asia. Coordinate event

s, participant lists, presentation materials and follow-up activities. Follow up with participants after events and record any resulting interest or opportunities. Support approved digital outreach and partner-development activities. Administration and Reporting
Maintain organised records of customers, contacts, quotations, projects and correspondence. Prepare basic sales reports and activity updates. Keep company files and shared records current. Protect confidential customer, product and pricing information. Perform other reasonable sales-support and coordination duties related to Saxton’s Philippine operations. Candidate Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline. At least two years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service or B2B sales support. Experience working with distributors, system integrators, IT products, engineering products or technical solutions is an advantage. Strong written and spoken English. Confident communicating through telephone, email and online meetings. Able to prepare accurate quotations and business correspondence. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and online collaboration tools. Organised, dependable and able to manage multiple follow-up actions. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Willing to learn technical products and their applications. Able to distinguish between commercial, administrative and technical matters and escalate appropriately. Important Attributes
