About the role
Record and maintain daily financial transactions of the cooperative. Prepare and update books of accounts, journals, and ledgers. Monitor cash receipts, disbursements, and member transactions. Assist in preparing financial reports and monthly reconciliations. Ensure accurate filing and safekeeping of financial documents. Assist with audits and provide necessary accounting records. Perform other accounting and bookkeeping duties as assigned.
