UI/UX DESIGNER

Responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Ensures high usability, accessibility, and visual consistency while collaborating closely with product and development teams to turn user insights into functional designs.JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs. Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into user-centered design solutions. Optimize the overall user experience by continuously identifying and refining usability improvements. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless and accurate implementation of design specifications. Maintain visual and functional consistency across all digital products through design systems. Participate in design reviews and constructively incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD). Basic to working knowledge of front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong foundation in core UX principles, visual design, interaction design, and responsive layout standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
