Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, website improvement, paid advertising, and social media management. This role requires someone who can independently manage campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute strategic insights to grow our online presence and lead generation efforts, while developing branded visual content using Adobe Illustrator and executing social media promotions across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to support company growth and brand awareness.

Key Qualifications

• Strong creative and visual design skills
• Experience managing and growing social media accounts for a business
• Manage and improve website performance, including SEO, landing page optimization, and user experience improvements.
• Create and edit marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing tools).
• Ability to plan, create, and schedule social media content
• Understanding of branding, marketing, and online engagement strategies
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, conversions, traffic, and engagement, and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google, Website managing, and Social Media (required)
• Experience with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Ability to create original digital illustrations and marketing graphics
• Experience improving and managing websites (SEO, UX, basic HTML/CSS a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting ROI.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
• Experience working with international or remote teams.
• Pay: Php52,950.00 - Php64,700.00 per month
