In this Role, you’ll get to

• Serve as the primary HR partner to assigned business units, advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, engagement, talent, and organizational development.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and coach managers on employee matters, team effectiveness, and leadership capability.
• Own and continuously improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, employee movements, performance, leave, and offboarding.
• Act as the country HR process owner, driving process standardization, governance, compliance, simplification, and automation.
• Lead local HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting regional and global HR projects.
• Leverage HRIS, analytics, and employee lifecycle data to identify trends, improve HR service delivery, and support data-driven decisions.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards, monitor process KPIs, and ensure alignment with local labor legislation and internal policies.

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment, with at least 3 years as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, statutory requirements, and core HR practices.
• Demonstrated experience in HR process improvement, transformation, automation, or project management.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday; Shared Services or regional HR experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
