GLOBAL HIRING! OUTBOUND - Customer Service Sales (100% Remote)

You'll be speaking with existing customers by phone and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your job is to make every customer feel heard, valued, and taken care of — while identifying genuine opportunities to recommend additional products that can help them achieve better skincare results. Sometimes customers may have a simple question, sometimes they're waiting for an order, and sometimes they may have a concern or problem that needs to be resolved.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with existing customers by phone and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Build rapport and establish trust through empathy, confidence, and clear communication
• Listen carefully to customer questions, concerns, and experiences
• Take ownership of customer issues and work toward positive resolutions
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant skincare products
• Identify natural upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Turn challenging customer interactions into positive experiences
• Handle objections and concerns professionally
• Maintain control of conversations without sounding robotic or overly scripted
• Balance customer satisfaction with commercial awareness and revenue goals

About you

Proven experience in BPO, customer service, customer relationship management, client relationship management, retention, account management, upselling, cross-selling, phone sales, or a similar customer-facing role

• Experience handling customers over the phone and managing a high volume of conversations
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional when handling complaints or difficult situations
• Strong upselling and cross-selling ability
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• High confidence when speaking with customers on live calls
• Strong listening and discovery skills
• Performance-driven mindset with strong personal discipline, accountability, and work ethic
• Ability to consistently work EST hours with availability for 12 hours per day, 6 days per week
