Sales Support Associate (Remote)

Scale360 is hiring a Sales Support Associate to support a U.S.-based client by providing exceptional customer service, client support, and sales administration. You'll help ensure a seamless customer experience by handling service inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.

• Location: Remote (Philippines)
• Schedule: U.S. Hours (Final schedule to be confirmed)
• Salary: PHP 40,000/month

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist clients with service requests and provide timely follow-ups
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client communications
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer information
• Track pending requests and ensure timely resolution
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with daily operations

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, client servicing, or account coordination
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or using HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive is a plus

• CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive
• Productivity: Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
• Communication: Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Laptop/PC: Intel i5 (or equivalent) with at least 8GB RAM
• Internet: Stable 100 Mbps connection
• Backup: Secondary internet connection, device, and power source

Schedule

• Work Schedule: To be confirmed by the client
• Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week
• Shift: Must be flexible to work U.S. business hours based on operational needs
