A Sales Representative at New RBW Marketing Inc. is responsible for promoting and selling food products to vendors, stallholders, and clients in public markets within designated areas to meet daily sales quotas (e.g., PHP 90,000). The role requires aggressive, self-motivated individuals who are high school graduates, capable of intensive field work, and skilled in building client rapport.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Selling & Prospecting: Proactively promote and sell food products to new and existing customers, specifically within public markets.
• Sales Targets: Achieve daily sales quotas and drive market growth through high-volume sales.
• Market Presence: Increase product visibility and maintain strong, positive relationships with market stallholders.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete Daily Call Reports (DCR), manage customer profiles, and handle documentation for orders and payments.
• Field Work: Conduct extensive daily field work in public markets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: At least college level.
• Experience: 1-2 years of sales or field experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attitude: Must be aggressive, ambitious, and self-motivated.
• Physical Ability: _Willingness to work in public markets (field work).
• Assets: _Having a motorcycle is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
