About the role
Your role involves providing assistance in handling People Discipline cases, ensuring compliance with the People Discipline Policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will support the coordination of activities to meet the Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE) Labor Law Compliance requirements. Your responsibilities also include aiding in the execution of process improvement recommendations from Labor Relations (LR) leads, contributing to enhancements across various aspects of the business operations. Key responsibilities
Help in drafting simple attendance cases e.g., Tardiness, Absence Without Official Leave and Return to Work Order, and other bulk cases (as necessary) using standard notice templates
- Help in updating Labor Relations data on People Discipline & Grievance cases through the People Discipline tracker
- Escalate employee grievances & labor cases to LR leads for proper handling and resolution
- Assist in researching important topics & materials related to LR and other legal obligations of employers in the Philippines
- Assist in the drafting & execution of the Legal Bulletin
- Support the LR Specialist in monitoring stores on DOLE Labor Law Compliance
- Organize & maintain up-to-date shareable folders on People Discipline & DOLE Labor Law Compliance with the LR team
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or any business-related fieldUnits/Degree in Law or Industrial Relations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in current & new DOLE circulars, labor laws & regulations
- Empathic, agile, & productive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
