The PhilHealth YAKAP Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and implementation of the YAKAP Program at the clinic. The role ensures efficient coordination of services, proper documentation, compliance with PhilHealth policies, and accurate reporting of patient census and program performance. The Team Leader supervises staff, monitors workflows, and ensures quality service delivery to beneficiaries. Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the PhilHealth YAKAP Program at the clinic
• Ensure proper implementation of program guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Monitor workflow efficiency and service delivery standards
• Coordinate with clinic management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Address operational concerns and implement corrective actions when needed
• Supervise and provide guidance to YAKAP staff members
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, concerns, and performance
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure adherence to program standards
• Oversee the accurate collection and consolidation of patient data
• Prepare and submit regular census reports on patients served by the clinic
