Provide immediate nursing care and basic first aid to employees who experience illness, injury, or workplace accidents. Dispense over-the-counter and prescribed medicines in accordance with company policies and applicable medical instructions. Maintain adequate supplies of medicines, first-aid materials, and medical equipment. Conduct and assist with annual physical examinations and coordinate with accredited physicians and medical providers. Maintain and regularly update employees’ medical records, health histories, and examination results.
