Bookkeeper/Accountant (Healthcare)

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounting to support the finance operations of a growing ABA company. The ideal candidate should be very comfortable with QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting, including bank reconciliations, reviewing invoices, categorizing transactions, and allocating expenses to the correct clinic, state, department, or account. We are looking for someone who understands the financial side of the work and can make accurate allocation decisions rather than simply entering data. Books

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
• Strong understanding of transaction categorization and expense allocation
• Able to review invoices and determine the correct clinic, state, department, or category
• Good understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with multiple locations or cost centers
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
• Healthcare or ABA experience is a plus
