We set the industry standard for comprehensive and precise nutrition information, going beyond simple calorie tracking to include detailed macro and micronutrient data. Every week, our team directly supports thousands of users, ensuring they have the data they need to manage their diet, health conditions, and wellness goals. Position: Nutrition Data Entry Technician

As a Nutrition Data Entry Technician, you’ll play a key role in curating high-quality nutrition data for our growing database. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in data accuracy, research, and process improvement.

What You’ll Do

Review and verify the quality of submitted photos to ensure they meet our data standards. Identify and remove duplicate food entries, improving the accuracy of our database. Recommend better alternatives with more complete nutrition data. Ensure precision in entering data into corresponding fields in our software. Spot and report data inconsistencies, helping us maintain our reputation for accuracy. Communicate with our team based in Revelstoke and other remote colleagues. Support the team with data entry tasks as needed. Identify process improvements, suggesting new ways to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Communicate our commitment to data quality to our dedicated customers. Correct data errors and update product information. Collaborate with AI-assisted and agentic workflow tools to validate outputs, identify edge cases, and help improve process optimization and quality standards.

Excellent written communication skills in English – Most of our company-wide and customer interactions are in writing. Strong focus and efficiency – Ability to stay engaged in repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy. Tech-savviness – All work is done remotely, so you’ll need solid digital skills. Passion for nutrition – Familiarity with food, nutrients, and nutrition labels is a big plus! Analytical thinking – Able to spot patterns, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in data entry processes.
