Sales Manager

Xymbolic IT Solutions Provider Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in our Olongapo City Zambales office. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets and further strengthen our position as a leading provider of innovative IT solutions. What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth
• Manage, coach and mentor a team of talented sales professionals to maximize their performance and exceed sales goals
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the pursuit of complex, high-value sales
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong network of contacts

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (2-3 years) in a sales leadership role, preferably in the IT/technology industry
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand complex business

• Proficiency in data analysis and using CRM systems to drive sales performance
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
