About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts initial/preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions
- Performs background reference checks and assists with interviews as needed
- Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/databaseUndertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or in other related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage
- Must be amenable to report onsite in VXI MOA, Pasay
- Must be amenable to day shift/mid-shift
