Responsibilities HYBRID setup in Mckinley Hill, Taguig

Confer with internal and/or external customers to provide information about products and/or services. Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately identify and document adverse events, product quality complaints, and/or medical information requests within the client CRM system. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints. Develop detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features. Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends and innovative solutions focused on customer experience to leadership
