TSR (Technical Support) - Telco / Telecommunication - Taguig (Start ASAP)

Role Overview-E0 Provisioning: We are looking for a professional with a strong technical background in telecommunications and carrier relations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of network and provisioning workflows. Key Responsibilities: Basic knowledge about the Local exchange carrier and LEC (Local exchange carrier). Carrier Management: Effectively communicate and negotiate with Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) regarding port-in and port-out orders. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Escalation Management: Proactively handle technical and process-related escalations, ensuring effective de-escalation and resolution. Provide timely support to the team members while on complex orders. Work on process improvement ideas. Required Skills and Qualifications: Foundational knowledge of Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and carrier-specific interfaces. Strong understanding of network and its related topologies.CCNA level knowledge; a CCNA certification is considered a significant advantage. Understanding of networking basics (LAN, WAN, firewalls)

Experience: 2-5 years in telecom provisioning.
