Senior Delivery Enablement Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize 2-week sprint execution across multiple platform initiatives.
• Drive delivery predictability, reduce cycle times, and improve throughput.
• dentify and remove systemic bottlenecks across teams, processes, and platforms.
• Establish and enforce standardized delivery frameworks, workflows, and definitions of done.
• Coordinate dependencies across technical, business, architecture, and operations teams.
• Promote adoption of AI-powered development tools and automation, including GitHub Copilot and Azure DevOps.
• Track and manage cycle time, throughput, blocker rates, delivery variance, and AI utilization.
• Ensure alignment with broader platform architecture, business systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong background in complex, multi-team, and cross-functional environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Kanban, Flow Management, and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• System-thinking mindset with a focus on outcomes, standardization, and continuous improvement.
