Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) professional, preferably a BS in Human Resource Management graduate, to support and manage various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, and records management. The HR Officer will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance files.
• Support the implementation of company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Facilitate employee orientation, training, and performance evaluation programs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation of HR activities.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
• Monitor employee benefits, leaves, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower needs and HR concerns.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.
• Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
• With at least 1–3 years of experience in HR or related administrative functions.
• Familiar with labor laws and standard HR procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or HRIS tools.
• Highly discreet, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Can work effectively under minimal supervision.
