WE ARE HIRING: FILIPINO ESL TEACHERS

Hello everyone! This is Rena from No Worry Mum. Our company is currently expanding, and we are looking for Filipino English teachers who are interested in joining our team.

Please read the following job details and requirements carefully

Students

• Our students are Chinese learners, including both children and adults.
• Students have different English levels.

Class Schedule

• Peak hours: 5:00 PM–11:00 PM Beijing Time
• We prefer teachers who can commit to working during peak hours.
• Morning classes are also available.

Rate

• Regular class: ₱130 / 50 minutes
• Trial class: ₱65 / 25 minutes
• Trial classes are paid at half the regular class rate.

Technical Requirements

Teachers should have

• A PC or laptop
• Stable internet connection
• A noise-canceling headset
• A suitable and quiet teaching environment

Teaching Platform, Materials & Booking

• Classes are conducted through VOOV.
• Lesson materials are provided by the company.
• We have our own booking platform, where students can book their preferred class

s, while others book classes based on their preferred available time.

• Teachers are expected to be responsible and reliable with their confirmed classes.

Teacher Requirements

• Newbies and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.

Please record a short self-introduction video that will be shown to students.

Please make sure that

• The video is clear and high-resolution.
• Record the video in a real, clean, and tidy environment. Do not use a virtual background.
• Your face should be clearly visible, with good lighting.
• Your voice should be clear and easy to understand.
• Please speak at a moderate and natural pace.
• Please use a friendly, professional, and mature tone. Avoid speaking in an overly childish, exaggerated, or artificial manner.
• Please dress appropriately and present yourself in a professional manner.
• Keep the introduction natural and engaging, as the video will be used by students to get to know you before booking a class.
