The Role

Edge Tutor is hiring an experienced Teacher Recruiter who can attract qualified teachers, keep candidates engaged, and move them through a strict recruitment timeline.

• Location: Work from home
• Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm PH Time
• Performance bonus: Typically ₱5,000–₱10,000/month, based on candidate pass rates
• Other Perks/Benefits: HMO, Leave Credits, and Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
• Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments
• Keep candidates engaged, prepared, and showing up
• Prioritize urgent roles and meet strict hiring deadlines
• Track candidates using an ATS and Google Sheets
• Use AI recording and transcription tools for interviews
• Monitor attendance, completion, and client pass rates
• Hire for quality—not simply quantity

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of full-cycle or high-volume recruitment experience
• Prior experience hiring online teachers, or firsthand experience working as one, is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage candidates and reduce no-shows
• Strong prioritization, follow-through, and judgment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and Google Sheets
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools
• Strong written and spoken English
• Teacher, tutor, education, or BPO recruitment experience is an advantage
• Your success will be measured by the quality, pass rates, and readiness of the teachers you recruit.
