Chief Human Resource Officer

Onsite | Cebu City | Day shift

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to head the Human Resources function and serve as a key business partner to the executive leadership team. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's HR strategy while overseeing all core HR functions to support organizational growth and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior executive HR leadership role(CHRO/VP/AVP or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading the full spectrum of Human Resources, including:

o HR Strategy o Talent Acquisition o Employee Relations o Compensation & Benefits o Learning & Development o Performance Management o HR Operations o Organizational Development

• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership and driving organization-wide HR initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
