Full job description

Responsibilities

• Attend to all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests​
• Facilitate End-End recruitment
• Conduct employee orientation and maintain records of new employees​
• Coordinate training classes and keep training records​
• Assist in the execution of performance management procedures​
• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews​
• Maintain employee files and digital records in the HR system​
• Assisting with employee relations​
• Administration of compensation and benefits and record keeping​
• Company-wide committee facilitation and participation​
• Company employee communication​
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness, health reporting and employee services​
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office​
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices​
• Timekeeping using TIMEKEEPER APP​
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management,​
• Psychology, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent​
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position​
• Exposure in the different HR areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organization development​
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good interpersonal relations, including and ability to present insights and recommendations​
• Highly analytical skills with problem solving capability​
• Must have excellent multi-tasking ability, a sense of urgency, keen attention to details, organized, resourceful, and good sense of judgment​
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment​
• Applicants must be willing to work in Clark City Front Tower, Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
