• Working Set-Up: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2 WFH)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Human Resource Professional to support a wide range of HR processes and operational services within the firm. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting employees and HR teams in seamlessly accessing essential HR functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of effectively managing multiple HR tasks—from employee lifecycle administration to payroll support and HR ticket resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, respond to, and resolve HR tickets containing inquiries and transactional requests within defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle entry-level HR administrative tasks and address basic employee relations or people operations concerns.
• Administer a range of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, probation tracking, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR reporting.
• Support payroll processing through accurate data entry, calculations, reconciliation, and report preparation.
• Assist in processing government statutory remittances and ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
• Provide operational support for HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional HR teams across global locations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to data privacy and security requirements.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, ideally within Global HR Shared Services (strong plus).
• Exposure to multiple HR service lines such as Contact Center, Workforce Administration, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Learning, Mobility, Travel & Expense (preferred).
• Basic understanding of HR processes, practices, and policies across multiple international jurisdictions (Singapore, Manila, UK, Europe, Switzerland, US).
• Experience using HR ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Success

Factors (or similar).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with global teams.
• Fresh graduates may apply if they demonstrate strong initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

• Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
