Job description

The HR Officer oversees HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, records management, policy compliance, and support for organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
• Process timekeeping data, attendance reports, payroll, and leave applications.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes of employees.
• Conduct HR-related activities, such as orientations, events, and training sessions.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Prepare HR-related reports as required.
• Supervising employees and creating necessary employee relations documents such as NTEs and NODs.

MUST BE WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED TO DACUDAO AVENUE, DAVAO CITY

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role is required.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle manpower with conviction and confidential information with integrity.
