HR Officer - Total Rewards

Join our People & Resource Management Team! Are you passionate about HR operations and employee support? We're looking for an HR Officer who will play a key role in managing compensation and benefits administration, employee records, government compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• As our HR Officer, you will be responsible for: Administer timekeeping, attendance, overtime, and leave monitoring
• Process agency billings and coordinate with manpower agencies
• Manage government-mandated requirements including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and DOLE compliance
• Process employee benefits such as HMO, life insurance, allowances, incentives, and duty pay
• Assist employees with government benefit claims (SSS sickness and maternity)
• Prepare and issue employee notices, disciplinary memos, and separation documents
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate HR systems and online forms with the IT team
• Support employee engagement programs, health initiatives, webinars, and company HR activities
• Conduct Compensation & Benefits orientation for new hires
• Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
• What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years experience in human resources in a supervisory role
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations is required
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated
