Sales Assistant Manager

Account Management

• Re-engage and reopen dormant/inactive accounts — identify why they went inactive, address blockers, and bring them back to ordering status.
• Open new accounts across HORECA, wholesale, and retail/online channels to expand the customer base.
• Develop and grow existing accounts — increase order frequency, basket size, and product range carried. —
• Maintain an active account pipeline/tracker covering reopened, new, and growth-stage accounts.

Sales Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute sales growth plans across HORECA, wholesale, key accounts, and online/e-commerce channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, untapped accounts, and market segments for brand expansion.
• Set and track sales targets per channel/account in coordination with the Managing Director.

Account & Team Support

• Support and coach the Strategic Account Manager and online/HORECA account staff on account building, order processing, and renewals.
• Oversee key account servicing to ensure targets, merchandising standards, and client satisfaction are met. —
• Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse and Finance & Operations to ensure smooth order-to-delivery and after-sales handling.

Sales Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and channel-level analysis for management review.
• Monitor cash flow related to sales collections in coordination with the Accounting & Finance Coordinator. —
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to inform strategy.

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate with social media/online team on campaign planning that supports sales objectives (portal promos, SM/TikTok/Shopee campaigns).
• Support trade marketing initiatives together with the Trade Marketing Coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of sales/account management experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or distribution; experience reactivating or opening accounts, and familiarity with HORECA or e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated track record of growing sales or expanding accounts.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with sales data, targets, and reports (Excel proficiency required).
• Excellent communication skills; and able to coach and coordinate across a small team.
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving small business environment.
