Sales Head

• Enjoys leading and developing people
• Has good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Can build good relationships with both customers and team members
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Is willing to work in our Las Piñas or Alabang branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any four-year course
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Automotive sales experience is an advantage, but candidates from other industries are welcome to apply

About the Role

As our Sales Head, you will lead the sales team and help the branch achieve its sales targets and business goals. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team

• Driving sales and ensuring targets are achieved
• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Monitoring team performance and providing regular guidance
• Ensuring a good customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and grow the dealership
• Working closely with the Business Manager and other teams to support overall branch performance
