The Employee Lifecycle Experience Specialist supports the delivery of key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring the efficient execution of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Handle HR transactions such as hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Respond to employee HR-related inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Support process improvements and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, or related HR functions.
• Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SuccessFactors/SAP is an advantage.

Makati City, Monday to Friday
