HR Generalist

As HR Operations Executive, you will to manage HR transactions and processes across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you'll ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR activities while coordinating closely with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Comp

What You'll Own

• Manage HR transactions across the employee lifecycle — accurately, on time, and in line with company policy and labor law
• Partner with Payroll, TA, Comp

Ben, Finance, IT, and other teams to keep HR processes running smoothly

• Maintain accurate employee records across HR platforms and resolve escalated concerns from employees and managers
• Guide employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
• Prepare reports on headcount, separations, regularizations, movements, and other HR metrics
• Provide accurate records to support internal and external audits
• Mentor HR-Ops team members on complex or escalated cases
• Support other HR teams during peak periods and high-volume transactions
• Spot opportunities to streamline and automate manual HR processes
• Jump in on ad hoc projects and urgent requests without dropping core responsibilities
• Follow information security policies and responsibilities

What You'll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or a related HR role
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel (formulas, Pivot

Tables, lookups, data validation); VBA/macros a plus

• High accuracy in data encoding, validation, reconciliation, and bulk data processing
• Familiarity with Philippine labor law, HR systems, data privacy, or HR analytics is a plus
• Experience with automation tools, dashboards, or other digital HR solutions is a plus
• Quick to learn new systems and tools
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to use good judgment
• Comfortable managing high volumes of time-sensitive, confidential work
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
