Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Manage recruitment activities from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate coordination, offers, and pre-employment requirements through hiring. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding – Coordinate onboarding, HR orientation, employee requirements, access and account setup, resignations, clearances, exit interviews, and final-pay documentation.HR Administration & Records – Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, performance documents, and other HR files; prepare HR reports and dashboards. Employee Relations & Engagement – Serve as the first HR point of contact for employee concerns, document issues, facilitate communication, support engagement initiatives, and escalate sensitive matters appropriately. Performance & Workforce Management – Coordinate performance reviews, probationary evaluations, KPIs, performance improvement plans, training, and workforce planning activities. Payroll & Benefits Support – Prepare accurate HR payroll inputs, coordinate attendance and leave information, assist with benefits inquiries, and support statutory requirements such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.Labor & HR Compliance – Support compliance with company policies and applicable labor requirements, while escalating legal, disciplinary, termination, compensation, and other high-risk matters for proper review. Client-Deployed Employee Support – Manage HR coordination for employees assigned to Simply
Source clients, including client-specific onboarding, attendance, documentation, employee concerns, and staffing requirements.AI & HR Process Improvement – Use approved AI tools and automation to improve HR efficiency, develop reusable templates and workflows, and ensure all AI-assisted outputs are reviewed for accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriateness.HR Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Maintain HR metrics and reports, identify recurring employee or workforce issues, and recommend practical improvements to HR processes and employee experience. Confidentiality & Professional Judgment – Handle employee and client information confidentially and provide fair, objective, and consistent HR support without taking sides in employee-management matters. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, Recruitment, or People Operations roles.
- Experience in a BPO, outsourcing, staffing, EOR, recruitment, or service organization is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Basic understanding of Philippine employment practices and statutory employee requirements.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, email, online collaboration platforms, and HR systems.
- Comfortable learning and responsibly using AI and automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to communicate professionally with employees at different organizational levels.
- Able to work independently while knowing when management approval or escalation is required.
