Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support day-to-day financial and operational data management across multiple real estate entities.

This role is focused on maintaining accurate records, handling structured data entry, and supporting basic accounting and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive but accuracy-sensitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Management

• Enter and update financial and operational data in systems such as QuickBooks and spreadsheets
• Maintain accurate records of:
• Bank transactions
• Credit card transactions
• Basic invoice data
• Ensure all data is properly updated, organized, and maintained

Data Validation & Reconciliation Support

• Assist in reviewing bank statements and matching entries
• Identify missing or mismatched data and flag discrepancies
• Maintain tracking sheets for transactions and operational records

Reporting Support

• Generate basic reports using existing templates and system data
• Maintain trackers for rent, payments, and outstanding balances
• Support internal teams with data needed for financial reporting

Payroll & Payment Data Support

• Enter and verify employee timesheet data
• Maintain payroll-related records and trackers
• Support preparation of payment-related data (no direct payment processing required)

Invoicing & Billing Support

• Enter invoice details into internal systems
• Maintain billing records and update payment status trackers
• Coordinate with team members regarding missing or incorrect data

Task Tracking & Coordination

• Update task management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
• Follow up on pending updates or incomplete data entries
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time

Communication & Coordination

• Provide updates on completed and pending tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify or validate data

Role Requirements

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong data entry experience with high accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and repetitive data tasks
• Ability to manage structured data efficiently and consistently
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours

Nice-to-Have

• Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping concepts
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or operations
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar task management platforms
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
