The Griller Man is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled food items to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires proficiency in grilling techniques, a strong sense of teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

Job Scope

• Operate the grill station and ensure all grilled items are cooked to the required doneness and presentation.
• Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure food is cooked safely and consistently.
• Ensure all grilled dishes meet quality and portion standards before serving.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines (HACCP, Serv

Safe, or other relevant standards).

• Manage inventory of grilling ingredients and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.

Job Qualifications

• At least college level or an associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in grilling, broiling, or working in a kitchen environment specializing in steak and hamburger patties
• Knowledge of grilling techniques, food temperatures, and doneness levels
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to be deployed in Greenbelt Makati or BGC.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
