About the role

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Performing face to face and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Performing background checks
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
  • Assist in addressing employee relations concerns and workplace issues.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and other employee-related records.
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience in Compensation and Benefits, employee Relations and Recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
